Dr. Kemi Popoola

Life coach, educator, and author helping teens and young adults build confidence, emotional resilience, and purpose using the GRACE framework. Creator of courses, workshops, and content that turn mindset into real-life results.

I’m Dr. Kemi Popoola, educator, author, speaker, podcast host, and mindset coach with over 20 years of experience helping students and educators thrive.

Throughout my career as a high school science teacher, instructional leader, and assistant principal, I saw a pattern: capable students were struggling—not because they lacked intelligence, but because they lacked emotional resilience, self-awareness, and confidence in who they were becoming.

That realization changed everything.

I created the Living with G.R.A.C.E. framework (Gratitude, Reflection, Affirmations, Connections, Empathy) to help young people strengthen their inner foundation so they can show up confidently in school and in life. Through my workshops, coaching, books, and podcast, I help teens move from overwhelmed and uncertain to focused, resilient, and in control of their choices.

In addition to my work with students, I support educators and leaders in building positive school cultures, improving student outcomes, and creating environments where both students and teachers can thrive.

Whether I’m speaking on stage, coaching one-on-one, or creating content, my mission is simple:
to help people think better, feel stronger, and live with intention.
